Hellebore Plants

We supply small (or very small) divisions of true wild collected hellebore species plants. They can be posted (bareroot, in moss) any time to the UK. Elsewhere, particularly Japan, we post only in Autumn and a phytosanitary certificate is required. A more detailed list, with some notes is available – please email mclewin@phedar.com directly.

  1. hello i didn’t have the opportunity to visit in May so missed the peonies. Could i make another order and possibly come and collect them in September or October?

  2. Hi,
    I am trying to source a Helleborus versicarius. I am an ex nursery grower and now a botanical illustrator and am putting together a series of 6 Hellebore species paintings for the annual RHS botanical art show. I have 4 years in which to do it. This hellebore is the last one I am trying to find without much success. Ideally I buy one as I need to record all the botanical details over the growing period but if not just to see one would be the next best thing. Would you have any for sale (I know they are very difficult to grow and keep) or any I could see growing at your nursery? Many thanks,
