We ship when plant material is ready. For seeds this generally means any time
of the year, but for plants we try to ship when dormant. For peonies this
generally means strictly between October and the end of Februrary. Other
plants are less fussy. Most of the peonies are pot grown so can be moved at
other times of the year, but only if you call to collect. To save costs we
normally ship bare-rooted, for which the plants must be dormant. For overseas
shipments, the phyto-sanitory regulations require us to ship bare-rooted anyway.
Returns
Due to the nature of the plants we ship, we do not allow returns. If you feel
that the plants we have shipped you do not match up to the description then
please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the problem.
